Refund Policy:

I want to make sure this is the right course for you. And I’m so confident with our course content that I offer a 30 day guarantee that you’ll learn something new or your money back. If you do the work and your edits don’t improve, show me your results within 30 days of module 1 going live, and I’ll gladly give you a refund. To qualify, you must:

● watch the welcome module and the first four modules fully

● turn in your time capsule and each of the first four homework assignments on time

● Join an accountability Pod

● Submit any questions you may have - at least one question per module - before the cutoff date for that week’s live Q&A

● Join the live Q&A or Homework Review Hotseats, or at the very least watch the replay

● Turn in your refund request and email proof that your work did not improve on the 30th day after class starts and not later.

Please note that there will be no refunds processed for any other reason and under any other circumstances, including before the course is started, so you do need to give the program a try before you request a refund.

I do this because I’m not looking for tire-kickers or quitters, but true go-getters who really want to learn to create magic and successfully master their edits.

I understand that your life circumstances and opportunities are constantly changing and evolving, which is why we do offer lifetime access to this course.

Split Payment Plan terms and conditions:

When you buy the course with the split payment option, you are responsible for the full amount due ($1,092). The split payment option is available to you to make each payment smaller and easier for you to cover. It is not a monthly subscription but rather a way to chunk payments due for the full course. Please choose a card that will not change / expire within the three months that your card is on file. If your card does change or expire, you are responsible to email us at least 5 business days before your next payment is due to avoid any interruptions in your access to the class. When choosing the split payment option, you will gain access to the entire course at the same schedule as the rest of your cohort. If for any reason payment doesn’t go through automatically, for example if your card has expired or is declined, we will pause your access to the course content until the issue is repaired. You will still be held responsible for the full amount due.

We have put together an incredible course with all the recorded videos, q&a, peer support, and other support we thought you may need, including live coaching, homework review, and live Q&A during the ten week course schedule. However, the results you get are determined by a number of factors over which we have no control, such as your prior skills, talent, education, technological finesse, and the amount of time, effort, and commitment you are willing to put in.

Our student spotlight and success stories depict the success most of our students have if they follow the program, actively engage in the Q&A and homework review hotseats, and stay on top of all their homework and practice projects. However, we cannot guarantee your level of success will match theirs.

Q&A

We are so proud of the fact that our incredible Q&A system allows us to answer every editing related question asked during the 10 weeks of live support this course offers.

However, please note that we can only answer what you ask. Please follow the directions for asking questions via our form, then check for updates in the linked sheet.

Questions that are already in the archive will be answered with a link to the appropriate archived video.

Follow-up questions are welcome, but please specify that you’ve already checked the archived videos and specify which one.

New questions will be answered either in written format on the Google Sheet, or on the live Q&A.

You will gain the most out of your question if you participate in our live Q&A Zoom sessions, so that you can clarify any further points and ask any follow-up questions that come up.

Homework Review:

We will review all homework that is submitted on time, and mark it along with a short written comment. Each week, we pick 2-3 submitted edits to critique in-depth on our homework review hotseats.

We aim to try and cover as many students as possible, and the more homework assignments you submit before the hotseat deadline, the bigger chance you have of being featured on the live hotseats.

However, getting to every single student is not always possible, and purchasing the bootcamp does not guarantee that your work will be featured on our homework review hotseats.
